Service Description
Want to organise a specific time? DM us on Instagram. Bring 2x towels, one for sitting on in the Sauna and one for drying off after the session. RAIDO Recovery & Training Session includes use of the Tension Board, Training Equipment, Traditional Sauna and Ice Bath and Mobility Room. Shower before your sauna session and before using the ice bath. Each session slot can accommodate up to 4 people. The sauna session time is 1 hour. New to Sauna and Ice bath? Booking Policy
The Client must be above 18 years of age. Bookings must be made 60 minutes in advance to allow the sauna to heat up before the session. Re-schedule up to 60 minutes in advance of your booked session. Cancellation free of charge up to 1 hour before your booked session. No refund for no-shows. No group bookings available, each person must make an individual booking.
